Every year CCPF puts on a youth mentor hunt for rigneck members and other kids in our county at Wings of Watertown a hunting preserve in Watertown, MN.  This event is held at no charge to the kids. We do some clay pigeon shooting, pheasant hunting, eating some goodies and show the kids how to clean their pheasants.  This is a great event to get kids outside and experience pheasant hunting where we know they will see birds and get some shooting in. Every year CCPF helps in a combined effort with other organizations to help put on a youth hunt for the Waconia Conservation Club which is held at Wings of Watertown hunting preserve in Watertown, MN. This event is held at no charge to the members of the club. It is a great experience for the kids to get them outside shooting and hunting. The club itself has a huge following of members and is involved with a grat deal of events throughout the school year.
